Are your Doughnuts 100% PLANT BASED? 
Absolutely! All our products are 100% plant based, No dairy or animal products are EVER used.
Do you ship outside the North West?
We ship nationwide. Deliveries are on a Thursday, Friday & Saturday. 
How do I book my nationwide delivery?
Simply choose you box or boxes and choose an available date on the calendar that pops up for you to select! 
Is it true these are the BEST doughnuts?
Yes this is true.
Can the swirls be FROZEN?
Yes they can! when you receive them pop them in the freezer & defrost when you are ready!
Should I microwave the SWIRLS?
To make them super delicious we recommend a 20 second spin in the microwave!
How do I collect my doughnuts?
When you place your order the checkout will be offered available dates to be collected from our shop in Rufus Court Chester

Thankfully not! We have a secret weapon known as Miss Stephanie Reid!

Do you have gift cards?

We certainly do! in fact it's a wonderful gesture, who doesn't LOVE GIFTS!

Do you have gluten free doughnuts? 

Not currently BUT this is something we are working on - stick with us!

Can I eat my doughnuts the next day? 

Our doughnuts are freshly-made in house and we recommend eating them on the day of purchase or delivery so you taste them at their absolute BEST!

I have to cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please give us at least 48 hours notice for a full refund. Orders cancelled with 24 and 48 hours notice are subject to a 25% cancelation fee. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on any orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice

 Do any of your doughnuts contain nuts?

Yes, some of our fillings or toppings do contain nuts. We use nuts in our kitchen so can’t guarantee a nut free environment - apologies!
